RETURN POLICY

* Returns will be gladly accepted on returnable merchandise in original condition within 15 days of receipt. 

* No returns on engraved work.
* Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
* Buyer is responsible for items damaged in shipping unless insurance is purchased.
* 'Made to Order' item transactions cancelled after 72 hours from purchase will incur a 25% restocking fee. 
* We do not refund or adjust shipping amounts for any reason other than a cancelled transaction. Changes of address or alternate methods of shipping such as 'Local Pickup' arrangements are at the stated shipping rate unless the Item specifies 'Free Shipping' or Local Pickup.
